On this site we share information about our own car. We also aim to locate, document and keep track of as many surviving Biota's as possible, and post this information for all interested.

Of  the estimated total of 31 Biota's built by Houghton & Coldwell Engineering from 1969 to 1974, we traced about 25 Biota's in the UK, The Netherlands, Belgium, and Japan. However, many details about these and other cars are still unknown to us.

This  Biota Mk 1.5 moved from 1980 till 1990 to the Canada and afterwards back to The Netherlands
